Run for a Child 2025: A race that brought hearts together

On October 18, we experienced a morning full of energy, hope, and solidarity during our race against childhood cancer, “Run for a Child 2025: Run for their dreams, not their fears,” held at the University of Applied and Environmental Sciences (UDCA).
The event, organized by Funsebas together with our strategic partners Mapfre, Motul, and U.D.C.A., brought together nearly 200 people, including employees, students, alumni, families, and friends of the foundation. Everyone ran with the same goal in mind: to raise funds for the children and adolescents in our community.
The event featured two categories: a 1.6 km family race and a 3 km general race, the latter subdivided by age groups.
Beyond the results, each step represented a show of support, empathy, and commitment to our cause.
We also enjoyed a business lunch area, where we sampled delicious appetizers such as arepas, hamburgers, mango biches, strawberries with chocolate, suckling pig and coffee.
Our winners: a reflection of perseverance and solidarity
It was a morning to celebrate life, health, and the power of unity. Every runner, every laugh, and every cheer reminded us that together we can continue to turn fears into dreams and dreams into reality.
In this space, we would like to recognize those who ran with genuine purpose and gave their all on the track, earning top spots in their respective categories.
